These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Pakgam ("Pakgam", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at pakgam.cam and any associated applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Pakgam is an English-language online gambling information and platform site primarily targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino and gaming services. Pakgam does not hold a local Pakistani gambling licence issued by any governmental authority of Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot or automated system).
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Registration by or on behalf of persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not subject to any current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary exclusion arrangement registered with Pakgam or any gambling protection scheme.
4. You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including any Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by Pakgam from time to time.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You are acting as principal on your own behalf and not as agent or representative of any third party.
7. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by Pakgam for breach of these Terms.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address and any other information requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information supplied is truthful and not misleading.

4.1 One Account Rule. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. All Accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended, Balances forfeited and the individual permanently excluded from the Platform.

4.2 KYC Documents. Before processing any withdrawal — and at any other time at Pakgam's discretion — you will be required to complete identity and age verification. Standard documentation may include:

• A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 3 months, where required)
• A selfie or liveness check as requested through the secure verification portal

4.3 Verification Timelines. Pakgam aims to complete standard KYC verification within 3–5 business days of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests are held pending until verification is confirmed.

5.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Pakgam is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify Pakgam's support team. Pakgam may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.3 Account Currency. Accounts may display balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported. Currency conversion rates applied to deposits or withdrawals are as stated in the cashier at time of transaction. Pakgam is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no log-in activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Pakgam reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances, or to close the Account following advance notice. Remaining Real Money Funds after deductions will be returned to the account holder upon verified request.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods approved in the Platform cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified in the cashier at time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Actual availability, limits and processing rules depend on the platform cashier and the policies of each payment provider at time of use.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be met
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as stated in the cashier
• Pakgam may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and verification status. Pakgam aims to process approved withdrawals within 3–5 business days. Third-party payment providers may impose additional processing delays outside Pakgam's control.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to Pakgam's acceptance. Pakgam reserves the right to refuse, limit or reverse any bet at its discretion, including — without limitation — where a pricing error has occurred, where the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded or where market rules have been applied incorrectly.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per market and per day as published in the relevant betting interface. Pakgam reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Accounts.

7.3 Results and Settlement. Sporting event results are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). In the event of result ambiguity, Pakgam's decision — made in good faith based on available information — is final.

7.4 Abandoned Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to Pakgam's event-specific rules as published at time of market opening. Generally, single bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned; accumulator legs for abandoned events are typically treated as void and the accumulator re-calculated.

7.5 Casino and Live Games. Casino and live dealer games are subject to the specific game rules published within each game. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time; connection issues or technical problems may occasionally disrupt play.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits issued by Pakgam are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Users must read and accept promotion-specific terms before opting in. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages and expiry timelines vary by promotion and are published in the promotion terms at time of offer.

8.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms
• Using arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play
• Exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches to gain unfair advantage

Where bonus abuse is identified, Pakgam reserves the right to void affected bets, cancel bonus credits and close the Account with forfeiture of fraudulently obtained funds.

8.4 Promotional Availability. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Pakgam does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific promotion. Promotional amounts referenced in illustrative examples on the Platform (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome concepts, PKR 1,000 referral examples) are illustrative only and subject to the current published promotion terms.

Pakgam is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of income generation. The following tools and policies are integral to Pakgam's operation:

9.1 Available Limits. Users may set the following limits within their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly)
• Loss limits for a defined period
• Session time limits and automated session reminders
• Reality check notifications showing time played and net session result

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as specified in the Platform settings.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests will be processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will block account access and suspend promotional communications.

9.3 Minor Protection. Pakgam strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 (or the applicable higher age limit). If you believe a minor has registered or accessed the Platform, please contact support immediately. Pakgam recommends that parents and guardians employ parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling content.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and permanent exclusion:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal purpose
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes
• Deploying automated betting software, bots or scripts without Pakgam's express written consent
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of a third party or under a false identity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Pakgam staff or other users
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or misquoted odds — any winnings generated from known glitches will be voided

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of Pakgam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without Pakgam's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Pakgam provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Pakgam does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Pakgam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses.
• Pakgam's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

13.1 By Pakgam. Pakgam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory, legal or security reasons. In such cases, Pakgam will investigate the Account and may withhold Balance pending the outcome of that investigation.

13.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Pakgam support. Before closure, any active bonus funds will be cancelled. Verified Real Money Fund balances will be returned to your nominated payment method after processing.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 14 — shall continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pakgam is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Pakgam does not represent that these Terms comply with or are enforceable under Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the Platform under their own legal responsibility. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and you are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding your local obligations.

Pakgam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" date. Where material changes are made, Pakgam will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
